When is the next show ?

What is the deadline for exhibitors to register for the next show ?
- The deadline to register for the next show is shown on "Membership and Registration form"in the "Form" option at the top of the page.
What has to be done to participate as an exhibitor ?
- All the forms pertinent to participating in an A.R.C.A. show are found in the "Forms" option at the top of this page.
Do all participants need to be a member of A.R.C.A. Québec to participate in these shows ?
All show participants, regardless of title, must complete the "Membership" portion of the "Membership and Registration form" once a year and pay the annual fee..
Do all show participants need to register to participate in these shows ?
All show participants, regardless of title, must complete the "Registration" portion of the Membership and Registration form" for each and every show and pay the appropriate registration fee.
What kind of exhibition space is available at the A.R.C.A. shows ?
- Two different forms are available to accommodate every exhibitor’s needs.
- Show space reservation - Convention Center (space only) & Boardrooms: (payable to A.R.C.A.)
- Show space reservation - Rooms - Suites (payable to "Hotel des Seigneurs")
In the Convention Center section of the Hotel, must I order a booth or can I simply use professional display shelves ?
- Convention Center exhibitors are not permitted to simply use tables to display their merchandise. In the case where an exhibitor does not have proper display shelves or other professional set up, the exhibitor must complete the applicable form
mentioned above and order a personalized a display booth. (payable to Hélène Brosseau Marketing Inc.) This form can be used to simply order accessories.
Is there a Show Guide and if so, how can I advertise in it ?
- There is a Show Guide.
- The deadline to place an ad is the same as the show registration deadline.
- Please use the "Show guide advertising or sponsorship form" to place an ad.
What is the procedure for sponsorship by an exhibitor and what can be sponsored ?
- The deadline for a sponsorship request is the same as the show registration deadline.
- Please complete the" Show guide advertising or sponsorship" form.
* All sponsorship offers will be considered (meal, band, special draw, seminar, fashion show, etc.)
